Small VSD Defect PFO

My daughter 5 weeks old has been diagnosed with 4 mm VSD , PFO after ECHO reports. He weight is increasing gradually and takes bottle feed normally but struggles in Mother's feed. At birth she was 2.8 kg now at around 3.8 kg. Please advice next course of action. Will it need surgery? Some docs in my hometown suggest to see a pediatric cardiologist whereas some say it will heal on its own.

U need to follow her weight if she is nt much symptomatic..follow up with echos..VSD may close by 8 yrs of age in most pt unless complicated..need not go ahead with surgery..
