Small spots on my forehead

Asked for Female, 37 Years

Last 2 weeks I am having this spots on my forehead and it is increasing slightly day my day. I started home remedies like apple cider vinegar, besan flour, turmeric with curd mix application in my forehead.then I tried Neem leaf mix, then I tried last lemon & aloe Vera on my face....but only last 2 days I'm following this....but looks little better....how to clear the spots asap...
