Small sore lump between my breasts
I have a sore chest pain feels like a a small lump growing. When I move it feels attached to me and is very sore. It is just between my breasts.

Symptom analysis in your case in my best opinion and judgment is nothing but a anxiety problem or gastroesophageal reflux.attending physician should solve your problems.
