Hi doctor I'm developing these small round patch on whole body nt itchy but it seems dry ,now I developed 2 on face as well, what could be treatment for this ,are there any OTC cream available.

According to ur pictures, looks like pityriasis rose which is due to viral infection. Visit your your nearest dermatologist for further management
Next Steps
apply moisturiser twice daily immediately after bath
