Small red spots in back
I have red spots in back for the past 2 months. Initially they spread fast, with applying lemon juice, baking soda paste, and applying over-the-counter cream (name unknown), I got good remedy, but I feel they are persistent, sometimes itchy when in hot place or under sunlight. One of my friend suggested that I have vitamin deficiency. I also have a ulcer in my tongue for the past 1 month, a small white patch which is painful. Do these both due to vitamin deficiency or I need to meet a doctor
