Small red spot on mychest

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have small red spots on my chest since last 2 years...(around 12 to 15 red spot very small sizes) Yesterday I saw bleeding from it...when I forcefully press them after bathing...it's normal or something as???it's not be spread ever on my chest since 2 years and also not be irritating me..and sometime feeling like low burning.bt as usual it be putted on chest .
