Small rashes red and yellow on forehead

Asked for Male, 36 Years

Hello , my. Baby is 1 month old , 2-3 days back we observe whitish dry skin on his forehead and eye brows , during his shower we remove the dead skin by fingers and next day we saw some redness rashes around his forehead and back of the ears which initially looked reddish and pale yellowish
