Your symptoms are suggestive of chalazion
Treatment
A. Medical management includes warm compresses followed by lid massage with index finger tightly from up to down followed by application of aziyhromycin ointment over lid margins
B intralesional Kenacort injection is an option
C surgery in form of incision and curettage is option which is quick and easy
