Small bump on upper eyelid

My son has developed small bump on his left eye upper eyelid, painless and not objective at this time and and also size is not growing, please let us know if we need to get the consultation or will it go by itself, any home remedies

Hi, This could be infection of gland of eye lid. he can do warm compresses 4 times a day and use eye drop tobramycin 0.3% 4 times a day for 1 week. Please consult local ophthalmologist if symptoms persist
