Small pimples below bump
Hi sir, My son aged 4 years got small pimples(pimples spreaded about my palm size) below bumps and legs. It's itchy . Doctor said it's may be because of allergic And advised ATREX syrup and HH DERM cream. It's about one week , little reduced but not fully. Dermatologist advise will really helpful..

If you could have uploaded a picture of the rash it would have been really helpful. Anyway,  is the rash associated with fever,  oral ulcers?  Is it also on his hands and feet?  In that case it may be hand foot mouth disease,  which is a self limiting viral rash. If the rash hasn't subsided with the medication prescribed by your doctor,  it's time u consult with a dermatologist
