  4. Small penis. Earlier life. please help!

Small penis
When go to urinate see penis become too small only this year this winters i notice this. Penis become small and shrink up to lower abdomen when unzip unable to find it. Is it any medical problems i am 36 yr old and never notice this situation in earlier life. Please help
