Small painful bumps on one hands.
I have small, red, and painful bumps showing up on my left hand. Ranging in size from the tip of a sharpened pencil to the end of a ballpoint pen. While the bumps are isolated to my left hand, my left arm in its entirety is sore (with no previous workouts).
