My husband has around 3-4 small lumps on his testicles since last many years. Although the lumps are not painful but he is worried about it. Can you please suggest what we should do for this?

As rightly said by our fellow doctors, it can be a calcified boil.
Easiest way is to get a USG of the both testicles. It will rule out any possible old active pathology. U can share your report with us
