  4. Small lump on scrotum. Going on!

Small lump on scrotum
Today i notice an small lump red color on scrotum of pennis. If i touched it small pain i can feel. If i urinate with full speed or pressure i can fil little pain.i can see that pimple easily near pennis. It is present on skin of pennis . Please advice what it is. From last 8 months i am having gastritis and acidity treatment going on
