Small lump after fistulotomy
Hi, I had I&D of Perianal Absess and Fistulotomy two weeks back, Last week my anal area started Paining and i can see small lump, As per doctor it is Blood clot and should subside on ites own, No need of any medicine. I am scared that this clot may become deadly, is it normal to have blood clot near incision site? I have attached image for reference.

Visible swellings appear to be piles. These need seperate treatment. There is no blood clot in the picture. Untill unless there is THROMBOSIS in the piles.
