Small itchy bumps on palm

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I found out small itchy bumps on my fingers and palm of both hands. I applied calamine once and had Allegra 180mg yesterday and today but still they are there!

I would wish to request you to send images of the rashes or bumps you have on private follow up chat. Most likely you have urticaria. This may need prolonged treatment for a few weeks to months with oral anti histamines to control you symptoms. You could.Meet a dermatologist for detailed evaluation and treatment.
