Hello doctor . I have got small dots like thing near angle of mouth . I got acne near lower lip . I took out the pus . But I found small dots on angle of upper lip. Is this any serious infection like herpes?

Stop medling with the pimples otherwise it will create permanent scarring. This sounds d like perioral dermatitis which is a kind of acne only. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
