I hav got small clustered white bumps on my hand & one on thigh, it's painful Initially it was a like small pimple but gradually grew into a cluster shape with white coloured bumps

Hi.... As per the picture I can see grouped pustules. Most probable reasons could me bacterial infection, rash associated with viral infection secondarily infected. Pus culture and sensitivity testing n taking medications accordingly ll help you towards cure.information regarding duration n associated fever, body pains, involvement of mucosa not provided. I would suggest you to consult a dermatologist urgently to start treatment appropriately.Don't use over the counter drugs from which you get temporary relief but the underlying disease progresses mean while. Use oral n topical antibiotics, NSAIDs, hot fomentation.Hope this ll help you. Feel better soon . Have a good day.
