Small bumps on foreskin
Few days back I noticed that there is something like a rash on my foreskin, it doesn't burns or itches, what this can be and do i need any treatment for this?

Is there any sexual history or itching ..done herpes test for both IgG and IgM and start treatment immediately otherwise number of dots will increase
