  4. Small bumps in leg , thigh. For cure.

Small bumps in leg , thigh
I found small bumps( 3 bumps) spreading which started under the stomach and near to my private part and now one at left leg and 1 at right thigh. No itchyness/irritation . Photos attached for reference. What will be the cause for this and what will be the solution for cure.
