Small bumps at corner of my lips

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Yesterday was good, I woke up in the morning and feels little pain at the corner of my lips and little bit inside the mouth, later I found this bumps while seeing in mirror, May I know what would be the reason of this tiny, slightly painful bumps appears from nowhere, photo attached.
