Small bump on nose and spreading

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am suffering from some kind of fungal infection on my. In starting sides of nose and below lips area was having redness and small bumps. Then I went to dermatologist and he given me some creams to apply and it worked for me initially but after sometime small bump appeared on nose and spreading day by day. I went to the doctor he prescribed one more cream but still spreading. So please help me out
