Small boils on my back.
I have small boils on my back. Mostly on the shoulder and neck area of my back. Few of the boils are dried up but the marks are still quite visible.
Is it due to dandruff or due to excess heat of the body.
Please suggest creams to remove the marks.

You are suffering from what Dermatologist call tropical acne. In this condition, pimples erupt on the back and shoulder area which then subside after few days with pigmentation. The treatment is not very complicated. It can be treated with tablets, creams, and soap. Maintenance treatment may be required to cover for recurrence. Please don't apply oil on your head.
