Small boils on hands and on sideof chest

Asked for Male, 1 Years

My son is 15months old and he has got small boils kind of things on his one hand and same side of chest. It started with a small patch and spread over both side from elbow till wrist and started from upper chest til waist. What we assume that we went to Ajanta and there we hired a porter to carry him, it's the same side from where he was holding our kid so it might be some infection from his clothes as he was sweating badly. Now it's itching badly and he s crying.
