Small Blister/Bump on back

Asked for Male, 36 Years

I got this bump/blister on my back. How to get rid of this can anyone help me quickly with a solution & medicines prescription. If needed i will share more closer photos of it. I am applying sudocream its good but the size slowly increased after applying the cream.
