There is showing that she is having
1.Cyst in left ovarian ( 2.9*2.3 Cyst size)
2.small Appendicolith
Pls tell me this can be treated with Medicine or surgery is the only one option for this

There is cyst in ovary . Generally its benign condition and gets easily resolved with medicines.so see a gynaecologist for this.
