Small acne types around nose

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Why do i have very small white puss filled acne around me nose, specially in humid weather. I have open pores around nose. I dont know what mosturizer to use because I have combination skin type so I am scared of acne breakouts and leave my skin without any moisturizer after washing face. Although i use raw aloe vera in night before sleep. I dont understand what to do.
