Slow movement of right eye?!!?

Respected doctor's My dad suddenly having double vision (he's not using specs).first time having eye problem.opthmologist told his left eye is completely normal and he's not able to move his right eye towards the right side(slightly).What's the name for this eye symptoms??

follow with Eye doc ..to do basic tests of sugar , BP , for infections..if needed to see neurologist
