Double vision is still there??
Respected doctor's Before 75 days my dad had double vision,so we went to Eye specialist,they took MRI and found its sixth nerve palsy coz of inflammation.After that he had corticosteroids for one month and till now taking ecospirin and vitamin tablet. When we met the neurologist and eye specialist they told dad's right eye movement has improved from -3 to -0.5 in last few months and he will be alright in few weeks.but now the eye movement is almost back to normal but double vision is intact.so howmany more days it will take for full recovery and double vision to be cured?? Awaiting your replies 🙏🙏 For your kind information corticosteroid tablets stopped after one month,now taking vitamin tablet and ecospirin

It takes around 3month’s time for full recovery depending on the general health and treatment. Be rest assured and need me follow up with your ophthalmologist

Double vision can be avoided by occluding one eye, logically the better eye. It takes 6 weeks to 3 months for diplopia to disappear completely. When the diplopia improves it becomes more disturbing as the distance between two images reduces and brain gets conflicting signals.
