What I could guess from history that when you were operated in childhood for squint, you were not having normal vision & not proper procedure were adopted, in Squinting eye with less vision below 10 yrs old (known as amblyopia or lazy eye)there is perfect treatment where there is no chance of developing Squint again .You were operated without normalising vision in Squinting eye with help of pleoptic treatment that is why you developed Squint in 5-10 yrs  again because it took anatomical position which is not straight, you should consult in higher institution for resugeory because in first surgery your parent were not properly guided. In this blog in the past I have replied so many times in detail about Squint with lazy eye , please go through to understand why it happened again, with regards Dr Arjun kr Singh Patna.
