Usually halos are indicative of glaucoma.
But
At this age glaucoma is unlikely ,unless you are using steroids drops for a longer time.
There are many other conditions resposible.
Hence i will suggest you to get your complete physical examination done.

Coloured haloes seen as soon as you wake up and goes away with blinking.. and after that if you are perfectly fine.. mostly it is due to mucus in your eyes due to allergic conjunctivitis. Other reasons are glaucoma and cataract. Try using lubricant eyedrops and wash your eyes with cool water. Still if it persists seek an online consultation.
