Slits on foreskin
On the tip foreskin has developed slits which do not heal and there is a lot of itching. Mild pain in that area occurs when peeled back.

Please get yourself examined by a physician. You probably have a fungal infection. You would be checked for sugar levels, glucose tolerance test, and your medical history will also be taken (ex: use of antibiotics, malaria drugs, use of oral contraceptives by wife, anxiety levels etc), as all these are possible causes of fungal/yeast infection of the foreskin. Treatment would be simple, so nothing to worry about.
