You seem to be having a Chronic spine issue which will be able to be addressed if an Orthopaedic or a spinal neurosurgeon examines you directly and further investigate you.

Hi. Since it’s a chronic condition and becoming severe since 4-5 years, it’s suggestible not to get any advice without examining you. You need thorough examination and radiological support for your problem
Next Steps
Visit in person for complete physical examination and further management

If treatment is ineffective, it is possible that slip disc may not be the correct diagnosis. If you are suffering from back pain which is worse in morning or associated with stiffness or heel pain, then it could be due to Ankylosing Spondylitis (arthritis of spine and sacroiliac joints). This disease has specific treatment.
Next Steps
If you have the above mentioned symptoms, consult a Rheumatologist (arthritis specialist)
Health Tips
You may consult with me in person or through videoconsultation
