Slip disc since 2 year
Hi, I am suffering from slip dics L5-S1 since 2 year. I have done my treatment with many doctors with different city's like Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Kanpur. But nothing happens with my lower back. I did physiotherapy and home exercise as well. My pain has been reduced from 100% to 80% with 2 year period of time. I can't bend forward or lift weight. I don't have much pain to go for surgery or Steroid Injection, I can walk, sit ( Not more than 1 hour ) . Starting I was feeling leg pain but now I don't have left leg pain. Is there anyone one who can help me with my situation?

Once the back pain develops , in young patients , the pain is usually for short duration,, but If it progress for more den 2 to 3 months ,, its more of psychological factors added to ot as well. Do not go with MRI findings,, they are usually not as par with the symptoms.
Next Steps
start any sport ,, which involves lot of cardio ,, jogging would be good ,, now slowly along with jogging ,, add up back strengthening exercises. continue of 2 to 3 months ,, see the results
