Slip disc continuous pain
I am suffering from slip disc . exercise is prescribed...I am in pain continuous..during walking sitting even lying...so just wanted to kW walking sitting should be completely avoided??

Hope that you have had an MRI scan and that is how you have been diagnosed with slipped disc. Pain from slipped disc takes few months to get better. Have you got back pain or pain down the legs? If it is only back pain, then you need to do exercises, stay active, take regular pain killers and improve your core strength. If you have leg pain as well, as long as you have been seen by an Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon, then you can wait and see if it improves. Pain which does not improve with time, is an indication for doing surgery to help improve the pain.
