Slip disc at level l4l5s1 with sciatica
I injured while lifting a heavy water pump, I felt a sudden jerk in lumber spine last year. In mri disc bulge came at l4l5 level. I take 50 plus physiotherapy session from three different physio., But didn't get aspected result.Pain is going worsen everyday. I have suggested back surgery by dr. Sanjay swaroop Artemis hospital gurgaon and dr sudheer tyagi neurosurgeon Apollo hospital Delhi. Please suggest me a right way . Thanks in advance.

1) Correct your sitting posture. 2) Take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) Foot should rest to floor easily. 4) Take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) Do neck & upper back extension as easy as possible , dont go forcefully .
