I injured while lifting a heavy water pump, I felt a sudden jerk in lumber spine last year. In mri disc bulge came at l4l5 level. I take 50 plus physiotherapy session from three different physio., But didn't get aspected result.Pain is going worsen everyday. I have suggested back surgery by dr.
