In gym dated 10/07/2018 I lift up heavy weight on bench chest press due to which a lower back pin occur in my body.I have attached all consultations and diagnose in this question which I have done. Since after some months I play cricket and volleyball type sports but no pain occur. I also gone to vaishno Devi temple but there is no pain to go up hill and down. But whenever I do exercises like pushups and running a mild lower back pain occur in my tail bone and it increases and when I taken 3/4 days rest it become normal. I also get physiotherapy like hot packs and electrical vibration but no response. How should I over come from this type of pain
