Slim upper body
I got rejected by many boys during marriage proposal because of my weight. My upper body looks very weak . I don't look fit . Please suggest some help for that . I m feeling very low

Hello Hello , Firstly & importantly ur looks should not matter for an intellectual guy what would really matter is what’s inside of your brain. Trust me when I say this but sadly -“ You define beauty yourself. Society doesn’t define your beauty.” So first off you have to gain your own confidence & self-image about your own body if you feel you are weak definitely society will add on to it too….

Good morning, Build upper body strength by doing compound upper body exercise like push ups, bench press, back rows, and assisted pull-ups. Try to work your upper body twice per week with weight that challenge you. Using heavier weights with lower reps is often recommended for building strength. Add in diet: Eggs Chicken breast Greek yogurt Soyabean Cottage cheese Quinoa Chickpea Peanut Tofu Almond brown rice.
