Slightly unstable left knee (inner side)
Respected Drs. My sister was practicing a kneebar (submission move of martial arts) during which I heard a little pop sound and after that she is feeling little pain in bending knee and her knee is slightly tilting inside. But no swelling and limping at all. She can bear her weight on left knee easily. Is it a sign MCL?? If so what stage of sprain could it be!!? Please resolve my issue!!?
