Slightly red eyes with discharge
My son - 7 years old, has mild red eyes with discharge after waking up and also during evening. This has been there for last 2 days. He says there is no irritation but only mild pain while closing his eyes. I have given tear drops yesterday night ( one drop in each eye) and today morning the discharge is even more that he couldn't open his eyes and we had to clean it with cotton so that he could open his eyes.
Is this conjunctivitis? Kindly advise.

B use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6times along with lubricating eyedrop frequently
