Slight tooth pain
I have slight tooth pain when I press the tooth or chew, now when I saw it's colour has changed little different. Find the pic attached. Pls tell me what is it? And what should I do?

Hello sir.... complete clinical and radiological(x-ray)examination is necessary to rule out the cause.. it may be due to deposits which cause gum pain or may be due to cavitation which cause tooth pain.. if it is due to deposits deep scaling is necessary....if there is cavitation (Caries) then you need to go for root canal treatment followed by capping....

Hello mam, we need to do a clinical examination and have to check with an x-ray.... Then only we can come to a conclusion , whether the tooth can be saved by doing root canal treatment or it has to be extracted...

It could be either tartar or decay beneath the surface. Consult in person with a dentist. May be a x ray is also needed.

Pain is a symptom related to infection and colour change can be due to deposits or a decay growing deep benith the surface of tooth.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist and get a examination done may be a x ray is advised for the same.

Hi,it seems to be tartar that is slightly yellowish in colour,so do warm saline rinses and apply Metrogyl DG gel twice daily,but remember consultation with a dentist in person is must for a definitive diagnosis.Get scaling done by a dentist.
