Slight swell in tip of penis
Hi .. My son 5 yrs old s having a mild swell in d tip of penis from today afternoon.. He has phimosis ...  Is it something to worry?? Is it an emergency to see a pediatrician?? Have attached a photo... Pls do have a look and let me know.. Thanku

Dear parents, Swelling is due to deposition of smegma. Due to phimosis, you are not able to clean. Consult a paediatric surgeon.for skin removal.
