Slight pain in left side,chest abdominal

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Around 16th April he get tested for corona and it comes out negative but simultaneously my mom got positive test Now from day before yesterday he was having a slight pain in left side of chest and upper abdominal and we are unable to understand that if it's because of some heart problem or something else So please enlighten us.. Thank you
