Slight instability in left knee( inside)
My sis has been practicing Karate and then in practice of a submission move her left knee made a light pop sound. She has little instability in her inner side of that knee, there is a very little pain and swelling. But she is able to bear weight on single leg and can walk. While walking little pain in bending. Slightly instable on inner side of left knee... What is it?
