Slight abdominal pain

Hi doctor,my age is 34+ and I am planning for baby but suddenly I got irregular period now I hit last 24th march.My doctor prescribed Duphastone (day 16 to day 26th) after my follicular study test.Today is my 26th day but from last 3,4 days I am getting slight abdominal pain.is this Premmenstrual Syndrome or it can be a symptom for Early Pregnancy?
