I feel extremely tired and sleepy right after eating any meal like lunch or dinner. Is this a sign of any disease like diabetes - but my blood sugar is normal? What can I do to avoid sleepiness?

Postprandial lethargy and drowsiness is common in many people. Try having light meals. Do not completely full your stomach. Have small and frequent meals. Reduce intake of sugar, oil, ghee, non veg, curd, carbohydrate rich foods in your lunch. All these make you feel drowsy after meals.
