Sleeplessness
From my childhood I had little sleeping issus.Now I'm 16 and I have hyperthyroidism ,it has affected my sleep....If I go to bed around 9 pm ,I will fall asleep at 11 pm or 11.15 probably.But I always wake up around 6am . I also don't have a good quality sleep.So I want fall asleep fast and have a good quality sleep.. I also don't use gadgets before 2 hours of sleep.
