Everyday it takes more time to feel sleepy...actually i reachd hme frm offce nearly 10 pm everyday...and after am bsy wit my android phne...so it bcumz..i sleep only aftr 2 am or abve..how to avoid this?

hello der stop using phone listen to some pleasant music and try to sleep if not consult a psychiatrist for learning some tips towards how u can sleep early!!
