Why do I don't feel sleepy and night and If I get sleep and sleep I need to wake up in between the sleep and again I face difficulty in sleeping?

Follow a light diet towards your dinner. Try warm milk before sleeping. Listen to some light music at night and also dim the lights in your house

Most of time sleep problem is associated with other major disorder like anxiety or major depressive disorder or other disorder. First choice is sleep hygiene If not improved then use medication
