Sir, daily I'm sleeping at 2pm to 3 pm & waking up 10 am. Due to my work talent there are not removing on job as I'm going to office at 11 am. I tried to sleep I switch off my mobile I off my TV & I tried full lights on room,bed lights,no lights also but I can't get sleep early.My aim is too slep on right time

Hello, To be on time to bed then everything should be scheduled well. There should be change in lifestyle a bit. Like if you have any negative thoughts about yourselves then take them away, try to keep out the stress, do physical activity like jogging, eat good food. This should do.
